On all of our pillows (except for travel pillows), we honor a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return within the 30 day period. We do not accept returns past 30 days even if unopened, due to strict hygiene concerns.

To speed up the return process, when you contact us, kindly include your name, order number, and reason for your return. You are responsible for return shipping and we do not refund shipping charges. We suggest tracking your return package and kindly note that we do not refund lost return packages.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed approximately within 30 days from the time we receive your returned product.
