For Fiber and Down Water Pillows:
Best practice for washing is to remove all water from the water pouch. Then, use warm water and hand wash for best results and air dry.
If you do air dry make sure the pillow is 100% dry before using – the inside of the pillow’s fill can take longer to dry than the cotton case. To test to see if the pillow is fully dry, give the pillow a firm squeeze to check for dampness.
For Memory Foam Pillows:
Best practice for washing is to remove all water from the water pouch. In the case of Memory Foam pillows, please remove the foam insert and only wash the cover. You can wash the cover on a warm, gentle cycle. Please keep the cap on during this process. All instructions on washing come with your pillow upon purchase.
