Customers will be responsible for the return shipping of the entire pillow, and we do not refund the initial shipping cost.
Remember to retain your receipt, as it is necessary for both satisfaction guarantee.
Please note that travel pillows, pillow protectors, replacement parts, and mattress covers are non-refundable.
The purchaser is solely responsible for any losses (shipping costs) incurred due to attempted returns of non-refundable items or items that fall outside the 30-day satisfaction period. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once received, and the time taken for it to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
