Incorrect Address/Package Returned to Mediflow:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout, as errors will cause a delay. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information.
If the provided shipping address results in the order being returned to Mediflow, then Mediflow will require additional fees to have the product re-shipped. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
How much will my shipping charges be if I provide an incorrect address and my order is returned to Mediflow?
Initial shipping costs for your original orders are already subsidized by Mediflow.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is return to Mediflow, you will be charged the full price of shipping (non subsidized) to re-ship your order.
PO BOX ADDRESS
Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you include a PO Box Address, we will hold your order until a street address is provided. To avoid any confusion, please do not include a PO Box with your address.
